Manish is a partner at Gilcrest Advisory. He has over 12 years of capital markets experience as a research analyst covering technology, mining and special situations with Toll Cross Securities and San Gold. He has acted as a consultant to public companies since 2017 having advised them from both a corporate development and investor relations perspective in the Mining, FinTech, Gaming, Esports, and Technology sectors.

Manish is a CFA charterholder and received his MBA from Cardiff University.

Rob has over 10 years of experience in corporate finance and international business operations in the manufacturing, agricultural, and hospitality sectors. He has performed increasingly senior roles at a diversified holding company based in Toronto with global assets and operations in more than 20 countries, most recently acting as a Director of Finance and Operations. Rob's experience includes having assisted in the successful execution of private and capital markets M&A transactions.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors from McMaster University with a specialization in Accounting and a minor in Economics.
